that woman who just kept popping in... was hilarious. she is everything i dislike about the world, but i can't help but laugh at how ridiculous she looks and sounds. i'm glad this guy was there, and i totally respect him for keeping his cool with all those dolts. i know i don't have enough self control to do so.
